We are trying to implement workflow for Accounts Payable in 4.6B and 4.6C environments. We would like to provide users with the option of coding and approving the invoice through Outlook. Has anyone had any experience using SAP MAPI? I have heard that it can be a "resource hog" if too many users are set up to execute work items through outlook. Is there any other way that we can achieve this?
