problem is that the 'user' option for the relationship definition is =
not available. We are currently using 'positions' in the work center =
definition for our workflow administrator but this isn't always =
accurate.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT FACE=3D"Arial">The problem we experienced with this technique =
is that if the people assigned to those positions move within the =
organization, the work center is no longer accurate. The maintenance of =
the work center definition tends to get overlooked which in turn leads =
to lost notifications. </FONT></P>
<P><FONT FACE=3D"Arial">I know that the 'user' option isn't the best =
solution, but at this time, it is more reliable than using =
'position'.</FONT>
</P>
<P><FONT FACE=3D"Arial">Unless I can find a better solution, I'm going =
to get this user id added to the required environment and get the =
workflow change transported to production. </FONT></P>
