give you a little more background on my problem, I will tell you that I =

that the method is failing when the call is being made to FM=20

I don't understand why it does not work when the task is triggered=20
automatically. The end result of the call to this function should =
be=20
that a work item gets created and so far the method always creates =
a work=20
item except for when I need it to. Even if I just go to SE37 and =
test the=20
function module by putting in the same parameters I do as in the method =
it works=20
perfectly and creates a work item. This is one reason why I am =
not certain=20
that my problem is container related because I don't have one when I =
run it from=20
SE37 and it still works. I hope this makes since. Please, =

have any other suggestions I would love to hear =

a really simple problem. I have a method that I created for a =

object. The method is executed in the background via a task =
that has a=20
triggering event. Whenever I execute the method either from the =
BOR (via=20
F8 - test/execute) or from transaction SWUH - Test Method it works =

Even when I simulate the event (SWU0) that triggers the task, the =
method works=20
fine. Even when I start the task via SWUS - Start Task the =

fine. However, when I process a document which raises the event =

method does not run fine. I can see in the event log that the =

started but the method is not run the same as it did when I do it=20
