'workflow enable' feature which gets a lot of people.</FONT></P>

Decision.</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=3D2>The user decision is a copy of Standard and is =
routed via Role Resolution.</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=3D2>The logic is working as expected as the user =
receives the task in their SAP</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=3D2>R/3 inbox</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=3D2>We are not using the internet business =
workplace.</FONT>

<P><FONT SIZE=3D2>We want to be able to execute the task via Outlook - =
we have both a SAP MAPI</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=3D2>and SAPConnect Envrionment established. The =
SAP MAPI allows the user to</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=3D2>receive and execute the Decision as expected however =
the task is never</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=3D2>arriving in the Outlook inbox as you would expect =
for SAPConnect. We have</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=3D2>tested the SAP connect environment and there are no =
problems with sending</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=3D2>out normal SELFITEM messages using the method =
SENDTASKDESCRIPTION. I'm</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=3D2>aware there are a number of possible methods that =
may be used for the</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=3D2>'Decision task' but i was under the impression that =
as long as the flag</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=3D2>'executable via the internet' was selected there =
would be no further</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=3D2>configuration.</FONT>

<P><FONT SIZE=3D2>Can any one offer any guidance/ am I missing =
something obvious?</FONT>

Sending/receiving document templates via Outlook</FONT>

<P><FONT SIZE=3D2>As a result of one of the decisions the user =
will be expected to generate a</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=3D2>template standard task TS70008298 ( a normal word =
document) to justify</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=3D2>their decision. When testing this =
functionality via SAP R/3 it operates</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=3D2>without any hiccups. When testing via SAP MAPI =
the template will not appear</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=3D2>for editing and the Workflow may not progress. =
There is a similar task to</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=3D2>display the template which has the same issue via =
SAP MAPI TS71007945. We</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=3D2>have not yet tested via Outlook using the SAP =
Connect environment.</FONT>
