supposed to approve and release a project. (PS module)</FONT>

<P><FONT SIZE=3D2 FACE=3D"Arial">The workflow initiator gets to choose =
among different approval chains. Each approval chain has up to =
five levels of approval. Each approval level is set by updating =
the project's user status field.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT SIZE=3D2 FACE=3D"Arial">I have created a sub-object type =
ZBUS2001 and a new method ApprovalProcess. This method calls a =
function module which is simply a BDC program using call transaction =
(transaction CJ20N) to update the user status field. The function =
module has been tested successfully. It also works fine when I =
test the method and the sub-object type. However, when I =
test the task (User Status Update Task) individually using SWUS, which =
uses the new method, the task fails (WF-BATCH executes =
SWW_BI_EXECUTE_S).</FONT></P>
