Offline Approval to ECC via Outlook

Thank you everyone for your responses. Yes, we figured it out. The 3 steps
mentioned by Prakashreddy Sabbu below is what we'll have to do. The only
problem is that when the approver clicks on the approve link, it
automatically creates a response email, and then he has to click on 'Send'
which leaves the content of the email editable, which is a risk.

If someone has HTML code ( we don't have a PHP interface, else it could
have been solved easily) for sending the response email automatically, i.e.
without the approver to click on the 'Send' button, please share or any
pointers to achieve this would help.
