Reg:Logical deletion of the step in the workflow

Hi Mike,

Thanks for your response.
I haven't used forks/Process control/events for terminating the workflow.

When i checked the workflow log i couldn't find any step history as it is a
condition step.
In the log i can see the below details:
1. Multiple condtion step: Logically deleted
2. Condtion step: Logically deleted
3. Inside the step2 i have a background task to send the mail: Status
completed
4.After sending a mail we need to send a workitem to the approver, this task
has  the status as
Logically deleted'. When i checked the execution time its 18hrs.

I couldn't make out the solution.
If the work item is opened and if the approver doesn't perform any action
for long time will the workitem gets logically deleted automatically?

Could you please help me out of this.
