Too many unknowns to really answer this question. But,
I can assume we are referring to 1st step(?) which should
be a task with an agent assignment. (?)

What is in the Agent Assignment of the task? Did you set the task as
General? Task role? etc.

Quick test, while learning WFs, stuff your own name in there and get the

template and tasks working. Then start working on the agents you want
to route.

In the Agents area in Expression, just enter you userid, like SAMPLRL.
If "set" as general task with no agent, I believe it should route to
everyone!
Look in the log. SWI2_FREQ, your outbox if you started the WF, etc. to
see
to whom it routed.

Subject: Workitem status - In process ??

Hi All,

It will be great ,if someone can help me out in this issue :

I have made a WF - 2 level approval for parked Invoice (tcode-FV60).
1st step is - creation of parked invoice.
2ndstep is - workitem deliver to manager with options either to approve
or reject.

when I m testing that WF ,it shows Workitem "x" created (status : In
process)..
I m not getting any Workitem in the inbox of manager .

this means ?? is there some problem with my WF or Workitem will take
some time to be delivered in managers inbox.?

Many Thanks in advance.
