Ghost workflow in PFTC.

G'day Claude,

I agree that is shouldn't happen but I think I figured out that it only
happens when you create a new WF via PFTC and drill into the Builder without
first saving at the template level.

This may help identify why it only happens sometimes and maybe how to avoid
the issue if SAP doesn't have a fix (it never bothered me enough to look
very hard for a proper solution)
