Displaying WS-numbers in search help

This is clearly a bug and should be reported to OSS. I managed to find
this problem on my landscape too. My development environment shows all
the columns but however my production environment does not. I clicked
around the personalize options and could not get it reset to standard. The
only way I was able to get the all the columns to show was to delete one
or more columns and then suddenly the elusive columns appeared. For a
second I thought I had broken through the teflon but alas when I restarted
the pftc transaction the problem was back again (the columns had slipped
away!).

Hi all,
Where does one switch on the display of 'WS12345678' when searching for
tasks? I'm talking about the dropdown when searching for a task or
workflow - e.g. the front screen of PFTC or choosing a WF in SWDD.
On some systems it shows the list with the TS or WS numbers in the first
column, and others it doesn't. I've even had it where two systems at the
same client (same version) would show it differently, so it's definitively
a setting somewhere!
I think I may even have asked this here before.... but it's driving me
nuts.
Any light shed on the matter would be appreciated.
