Outlook/Lotus Notes and SAP Workplace

Hi Maorriyan,
The work item is closed.
RSWUWMFL2 doesn't automatically create a notification in SAP Business
Workplace - it just creates an email direct to e.g. Lotus Notes. So
there's no notification in SAP to clean up - just the e.g. Lotus notes
mail.
Regards,
Jocelyn

Jocelyn,
Based on your explanation, when agent execute

such as Lotus Notes the notification in SAP Business
Workplace is remaining, isn't it?
Hi Alon,
May I know what's the 3rd party you're mentioning and
how is it work?
