Sushil,
Sorry, I read your question real quick in the middle of
a meeting. In order for the way below to work, yes the
Obsolete step would have to be the step above the
Approval. In your instance I would yes, use a loop. What
you would check for is the "_WI_Result" container element
from the Decision Step to see if it has a value, such as a
0001 or 0002, if not then the Approver has not chosen a
decision.
