Assuming you are using PV7i on the backend, you may want to check the
amortizations for this t-code. The trigger for this requires REMOVAL of
the authorization to book (PD relationship 25). Its one of the weirder
triggers in workflow.

Hello Everyone,
I am working on ESS training request. I have copied
WS01200151 and made some changes and activated my
custom workflow. When employee try to book course from
ESS, my custom workflow is not getting triggered. The
employee getting an workitem in his inbox saying "
Restart correspondence after error". When I switch on
event trace figured instead of my workflow system
trigerred another workflow WS00400120. I don't know
why my workflow is not triggered. On top this system
booked course for that employee. Any help/Inputs
appreciated.
