Workflow 20000009

Hi every-one
 
SAP has a standard workflow WS20000009 credit memo processing. We're =
trying to set this up, but are baffled as to where the user limits used =
in the workflow are set. I've read through the SAP help, but it is not =
very clear. Has any-one worked with this before and can give us pointers =
as to where we should be looking?
