You need to refresh the runtime buffer. This will update the new change=

tasks and agent assignments.
 
i.e. i assume you are in a 4.6 system, run transaction SWU_OBUF and it
should resolve the problem. Once you have done this, you will need to e=
xit
the inbox completely, if you are still in it and re-run transaction SBW=
P or
SO01 to go back in.
