SWIA is very powerful as it lets you execute any work item whether you=20
are an agent or not. I'd suggest this should only be given to the
workflow administrator for emergency problem resolution and no-one else =
in a production environment.
SWI1 is far more controlled and more suitable for a wider audience =
although again
it also is really a tool for administrators in production and =
developers in development environments.
