- Previous message: Status management Hi Jennie, Transaction BSVX is for system statuses, and transaction BSVZ is for user-defined statuses. With user status BSVZ a profile is required, which you will have anyway when you set up the user-statuses in the IMG. To maintain BSVZ add the status object type from the object status screen in the transaction (which for sales order items is VBP). The business object type should be dependant on the scenario, BUS2032 for sales orders, BUS2095/34 for contracts. In the second level of BSVZ, status restrictions, you can ignore the system status field. Add the user status you want an event generated for. Things to watch out for: Although you select the user-status name, the internal number for that status will be inserted. This internal number will change every time the user-statuses are redefined in the IMG. Also, the inactive flag determines that the event will be generated when the status is changed FROM that status. To manipulate user statuses in your workflow at runtime, use the methods included with interface IFSTATUS. Hope this helps Regards Philip Kisloff Deloitte Consulting Oberwil-CH

Hi Jennie, In 4.0B go to transaction SINA, select inbox and execute and =
you
will be able to configure the shared inbox list.
This is a system administration function and can also be found via menu =
path
Tools > Admin, Admin > Process Technology,
Office > Folders > Stand.configuration.

Hi Jennie,=20
it partly depends on the release you have.=20
In 4.5b it has to be done as follows:=20
- enter inbox=20
- choose Settings->Configuration=20
- new Configuration=20
- mark Workflow=20
- click Button Copy=20
- in the following Popup give name "Sales Workflow" and tick =
"Pushbutton"=20
- now you could add a filter filtering your sales workflows=20
The whole dialog is quite a technical approach but with some trials and
errors=20
one can manage.=20
You should check out the configurable workflow inbox in the basic
customizing=20
(SPRO) as this could probably be a reasonable addition to the above
solution.=20
Best regards,=20

Subject: Add new pushbutton in INBOX=20
Could anyone tell me how to add a new pushbutton inside Shared=20
configurations on the Inbox screen? Currently, we have Office, Office=20
unviewed and Workflow, how to add a new one( for example, named 'Sales=20
Workflow' )? Thanks!=20
