You need to correct all your container bindings during upgrade.
So just go to all the binding in your workflow and hit the check button. The
system will automatically make proper type related adjustments.
There is an OSS note talking about it, unfortunately I do not remember all those
numbers. :-)

Subject: Condition Step Within Fork.
Hello!
I have a workflow with the following scenario. In step 1, I move some data
to WF container and starts Step 2, which is a FORK (000006 ) Step. In Fork
step it is supposed to execute Condition step( 000051). In Workitem
analysis, Graphical display show WF stops at FORK step. This WF was
originally created in 30F and upgraded to 46C.
5 Steps
4 000004 Move XYZ to WF Container
5 000005 XYZ Data has been moved
000006 Test FORK
5 000006 Test FORK STOPS HERE
4 000015 Wait for Task Released
4 000033 Wait for Task Completed
5 000051 Check for XYZ.YYY = 'S' Condition Step
000054 True
000056 False
Please let me know if any one has come across this problem. Thanks in
advance for your help.
