Closed time-like curves in measurement-based quantum  computation

Abstract:

We present the semantics of quantum circuits with time-like loops in terms of projection-based quantum computing and characterise the class of time-like loop with unitary or completely-positive semantic that can be deterministically  simulated in the one-way model. We also present the re-write rules for opening the loops to transform an imaginary circuit to a normal circuit and discuss the connection between time-like loops and depth complexity.
