I've added the navigation bar to the top of the first 2 discussion topics in the Community Portal. I'm not sure that this is the best way to execute this, and if it makes it easier. I was thinking that eventually we would have all pages link to one another this way so that pages don't get too buried into the wiki. 
<br><br>Then I thought about our discussion about graphics and slow page-loading, and stopped integrating the navbar.<br><br>Please let me know your thoughts on this integration on the community portal discussion page.<br>
