[OWW-SC] New icons for OWW Feedback and Lab Notebook

I went ahead and implemented these changes.  I'm not 100% sure it is a good
idea because Protocols are pretty heavily used on the site so having a
prominent button can be useful.  This button bar isn't just on the main page
but also shows up on several other pages.  But we'll give it a shot.

Let me know what folks think.  We can always roll back the change.
