[OWW-SC] New interwiki links (ecoliwiki and mediawiki)

I've added both ecoliwiki and mediawiki to the list of interwiki links we
have in our database.

For those not familiar with interwiki links, these are tags that can be used
in regular OWW links to allow sharing of content in external wikis.


For instance, using a link without a wiki-style link to the ecoliwiki
website, the following would be the format to link to their 'lacZ' page:

       [http://ecoliwiki.net/colipedia/index.php/lacZ]

Using an interwiki link, the link would look like this:

       [[ecoliwiki:lacZ]]

If you have other wikis you would like to have included in the table, please
let me know.
