[OWW-SC] European Commission Survey into Digital Repositories

Hi John & Sc,

I emailed Jef Grainger some time ago. However, he never got back to me by
email. I was planning to follow up with a phone call to him, but due to
other responsibilities I haven¹t got around it yet. John, if you feel that
you want to follow up on it, please go ahead. I have a feeling I will have
little time available for the next few weeks as I¹m wrapping up my thesis.
