[OWW-SC] oww.reddit.com

I think it's worth setting it up so that people can actually try it
and see how well it would work out.  I think john's description of an
OWW page with the embedded oww.reddit.com sounds fine -- then we can
have a highlight about it on the front page so folks notice it and see
how it plays out.

anyone have any issues with this / other thoughts?  probably worth
giving it a try before the next SC meeting if its technically
feasible.
