[OWW-SC] New Color Scheme

We might be able to fix this problem with Austin's suggestion to just get 
rid of the META section and merge everything into About OpenWetWare so that 
we can have more space in each column, and reduce the space of the page in 
general so that we can have it adjust by percentage rather than pixels.

It's a work in progress.
