[OWW-SC] linking from OCW to OWW

Hey all,

One of the courses hosted on OpenWetWare ... MIT's BE.109 (now renamed 
to 20.109) is in the process of being archived onto MIT OpenCourseWare. 
  OCW folks wanted to make sure it was ok for them to link from OCW to 
OWW.

Pros:
Drives traffic to OWW.

Cons:
May need to monitor class sites more closely for edits.

My inclination was to say yes, but I wanted to check with the Steering 
Committee.  Please comment one way or another at
