[OWW-SC] Please choose new steering committee meeting time/date -- Monday meeting POSTPONED

hi folks,
Since the summer has started and people's schedule's have changed , I
think we should consider picking a different time for the steering
committee meetings.  Particularly one which would enable the folks
over in England (5hr ahead) to teleconference in.

Additionally, next week is a bit hectic for many of the people in
Boston, so I'm proposing we postpone Monday's meeting and instead get
a new time/date in place to have a meeting the following week.
