Dear Sir/Mdm,

Hi, I am from Flinders University, Australia. I am a honours student and recently my group purchase a single beam optical trap from Novascan and I am the current student working on it. I am interested to do power spectral method to calibrate my optical trap for force measurement. Trying to write something with labview, I am just wondering how do you calibrate your optical trap?
