I was pointed to your site by the Scientific American article of 21/04/08. I am currently working on a very similar site like yours only for the planetary GIS community: www.planetaryGIS.org .

I read that there are plans that you are going to release your software so other communities can be started as well. I couldn't find any information about this on your site, do you have a timeline for that?
