Please find the<br>preliminary agenda for the open & closed sessions to be held on 8/9<br>November at DESY site Zeuthen:<br><br><a href="http://prc.desy.de/e38/e99131/index_eng.html">http://prc.desy.de/e38/e99131/index_eng.html</a><br><br>The open session will be on Thursday, 8 November 09:00-15:30 followed by<br>closed sessions on Thursday late evening and Friday morning. Please<br>review the preliminary agenda carefully. I hope that I could fulfill all<br>requests. <br><br>Apart from the usual topics in the closed session, we will have this<br>time a combined session on HERAfitter, PROSA and data preservation. It<br>is up to the various project leaders and experiments' spokesmen to<br>invite the experts that they require for their closed session<br>presentations/discussions. <br><br>Please note that we all want to have closed sessions to be efficient<br>meetings with valuable discussions. The PRC would therefore like to<br>request that groups which are going to present slides in the closed<br>session should limit their talks to 10' (unless otherwise requested by<br>the PRC). Talks should (if possible) also refer to and address open<br>issues from the last PRC meetings/recommendations. <br><br>As usual there will be a common PRC dinner in the evening of 08 November<br>in the Seehotel Restaurant in Zeuthen. Speakers, guests and closed<br>session participants are welcome to join the PRC committee for dinner.<br>All groups/project leaders/spokespersons, please inform Petra<br>Hendrikman-Verstegen <br>(mailto:petra.hendrikman-verstegen@desy.de) on the number and names of<br>participants that will take part in the dinner buffet.<br><br>I would also appreciate if you could inform me about the names of the<br>speakers for your open session presentation.
