[Olympus] Todo list

Dear colleagues,

I have compiled a short todo list from our last meeting. You can find this file on the same wiki page as all presentations of the meeting.
It's not complete and just covers the topics of the meeting, but it might show what needs to be done.
Some items are colored red. These seem to be urgent in my opinion and should be addressed soonish (at best still this week).

What also becomes clear during the meeting is that we can not solve all individual issues in the large group, but the technical problems have to be solved in specialized meetings and only the overall status and planing should be content of our general meeting.

The last couple of month showed what we can accomplish, so let's go ahead in this pace and make Olympus a success!
