Specifically, some users reported that after updating to iOS 4, they were unable to view their Exchange calendars on their iPhones. In the last few days, IS&T has also had reports of other issues – for example, some Exchange contacts or emails not appearing properly.</p><p class="MsoNormal">Apple and MIT have been working collaboratively to address these issues and have been troubleshooting with MIT users affected by the update. Apple has now released a patch that increases the timeout duration between the iPhone and the ActiveSync/Exchange servers, allowing the device more time to receive Exchange information like email, calendar, and contacts. </p><p class="MsoNormal">IS&T recommends that iPhone users who have upgraded to iOS 4 install this patch.
