<p>Dear mitreid-connect,</p>
<p>We are excited to invite your organisation to be a part of
<strong>Winter of Code 5.0</strong>, an open-source program by GDG on Campus, IIIT Kalyani, scheduled from
<strong>January to March 2025</strong>.
</p>
<p>Following the overwhelming success of
<strong>Winter of Code 4.0</strong> — with
<strong>5,600+ participants</strong>,
<strong>30+ GDG on Campus chapters</strong>, and collaborations with leading tech communities — this year’s edition aims to be bigger, more collaborative, and more impactful.
</p>
<p>Modelled after
<strong>Google Summer of Code (GSoC)</strong>, Winter of Code bridges the gap between students and open-source organisations. It enables contributors to work on real-world projects under experienced mentorship, fostering meaningful impact within the global open-source ecosystem.

<strong>What We Expect from Partner Organisations</strong>
