[mitreid-connect] OpenID-Connect-PHP project status

Hi,

I am not sure this is the right email address to write, but this is the
only one I have.

I would like to ask if the project jumbojett/OpenID-Connect-PHP on
github is still maintained, and if not, if you have considered to give
the right access to the github and packagist repositories to other
people who would have time to do it.

There are a lot of patches waiting to be reviewed or merged, it has
been a long time since a maintainer answered any ticket in the
project., hence users are concerned by the future of the project [1].


It is totally fine to not have the time or the envy anymore. If so, as
people are relying on the project, it would be nice to find a successor
(and I do not volunteer).

What do you think?
