[mitreid-connect] Client Credential Flow

I'm not sure what kind of example you're looking for. The server already supports this out of the box, and it follows the standard so any client library will work. The client does not support it as it's an OpenID Connect client for a webapp, and therefore only speaks the Authorization Code flow.
