[mitreid-connect] RFC6749, Implicit + Auth Code -> UI language

Hi,

How to start the Implict and Authorization Code flow in a given language?
Sadly RFC6749 doesn't seem to specifiy this! I didn't look into OpenID connect spec, but any pointers are welcome.

The scenario is:
Having a native web running in language x that wants to trigger the oauth flow in the same language on the resource owner's login page.

Does MitreID connect server honor Accept-Language header in the GET /authorize request and switch to the requested language if supported?
