[mitreid-connect] MIT ITC Demo Server down

Thanks for finding that. Turns out there was a database error on the test server. I cleared the database and restored a copy of the server’s data export from March, so it’s running but it’s also entirely possible/probable that you’ll need to re-register any clients.
