[mitreid-connect] Storage of Tokens in DB

Just a consideration: when we start to store millions of tokens, the size
of the data we store and index start to matter (a lot).
So I think it would be a good idea to store only the JIT instead of the
entire token.

I'll take this opportunity to say thank for the great work! :)
