[mitreid-connect] New Releases: 1.1.16 and 1.0.22

Two new releases of MITREid Connect are out this morning.

The production branch release, 1.1.16, includes several back ports from the development branch including more spec-compliant error handling, better logic in some of the the filters and interceptors, and an expanded data export API that makes it forward-compatible with versions 1.2.x and beyond. Imports from the 1.1.x and 1.0.x series still use the legacy mechanisms for the upgrade process.

The legacy branch release, 1.0.22, includes a back port of the expanded data export API that makes it forward-compatible with versions 1.2.x and beyond as well. Imports from the 1.0.x series still use the legacy mechanisms for the upgrade process.

Work continues on the development branch, with 1.2.0 release anticipated summer 2015.
