[mitreid-connect] Certification

Good news everybody,

The MITREid Connect project has been certified by the OpenID Foundation! This means that we are a fully spec-compliant implementation, at least as of version 1.1.15 (the latest production release), and we can put “OpenID Certified” onto the project now.
