Friends,
I'm pleased to announce that Thomas Hardjono has joined the Kerberos
Consortium as Strategic Advisor.
Thomas will act as a liaison with key external stakeholders to
increase awareness of, and engagement in, the Kerberos Consortium. He
will also work closely with our major sponsors (Apple, Google,
Microsoft and Sun), to advance our shared goal of establishing
Kerberos as a universal authentication platform.
Thomas joins the Consortium from Wave Systems, where is was Principal
Scientist. He also has entrepreneurial experience as CTO of the
start-up SignaCert. Prior to that, he was Principal Scientist at
Verisign and Nortel.
Thomas is the author of three books, and over 50 technical journal
and conference papers in the area of cryptography and network
security. He holds 19 patents, and is the author of IETF RFC 3740
and RFC 3547 on IP Multicast.
He is past Chair of Infrastructure Working Group within the TCG
Consortium and Author/Editor of TCG Infrastructure Architecture
spec. He received his Ph.D in Computer Science from University of
