Hi guys and gals,

I hope that you all are enjoying the rush of the week before spring break.
=)

Amnesty is keeping busy as well. We hope you can take time out of your
schedule to attend some of our events this week. We have plenty for you to
choose from:

This week we're campaining a LOT for Bhopal. Monday through Thursday, we'll
be in Lobby 10 between 11-4 somewhat sporadically. Stop by, sign our
petitions and buy a $1 raffle ticket to win a really cool waterbottle from
Corporate Accountability International's Water Campaign:
http://www.stopcorporateabuse.org/cms/page1353.cfm. Proceeds from the raffle
will go to a clinic in Bhopal.

On TUESDAY, 6-9:45pm at the All Asia bar, the United Nations Association of
Greater Boston is holding a Concert Fundraiser for Adopt-A-Minefield.

"Join us for an evening of Live Music - African Drums and Jazz - to benefit
Adopt-A-Minefield, a life-saving campaign to remove landmines from the
5 most heavily-mined countries of the world, allowing children to play
safely,
farmers to grow food without fear, and communities to heal."

Tickets $10 for students, $15 regular admission.

On WEDNESDAY.....

We're showing the short film '20 Years without Justice' and having a talk by
US Bhopal advocate Aquene Freechild about the world's worst industrial
disaster in history - that continues to kill and maim today. The Bhopal
survivors are in the middle of a 500 mile walk from Bhopal to New Delhi for
justice. Room 6-120 from 6-8pm. This will be VERY interesting, I urge you to
attend.
