</span><span style="font-weight: 700; text-transform: none;">sign-ups end on February 18th</span><span style="text-transform: none;">. If selected, you will be sent and asked to complete a confirmation form by the end of the day on February 20th. Those who
do not complete the confirmation by then will release their spot to the waiting list. Those on the waitlist will be notified of spots that become available on the evening of the 21st, with sign-ups following a first-come-first-served basis (just to ensure
we get all positions filled) in a timely way. </span></p>
