You are invited to participate in a survey on visa and housing situations. This survey is designed to collect data from MIT postdocs on the implementation of the multi-year visa sponsorship and on-campus housing availability for postdocs. </div>

In August of 2023, there was a new guideline regarding offering multi-year visa sponsorship for international postdocs,

 and this survey is designed to gauge the percentage of international postdocs that received a multi-year visa sponsorship following the guideline.</div>

Also, housing has been one of the most pressing issues for postdocs, considering the very high cost, as well as low availability of housing in the Boston-Cambridge area. This form surveys postdocs on their current housing situation, both on and off-campus.</div>
