POWER want to survey all postdocs and research scientists at MIT to determine whether these policies and services are sufficient, and if you are a parent or parent-to-be, we want to hear from you about whether your childcare and parental leave needs have been
sufficiently met while working here. All answers will remain anonymous and we plan on presenting these data to MIT leadership some time in the near future.</div>
