</b>which will be held virtually on Wednesday July 28<sup>th</sup> and Thursday, July 29th, 2021. <b>The NE-FFW is designed specifically for postdoctoral fellows and advanced graduate students in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM), Health
Sciences, Social Sciences, and the Humanities, who are interested in an academic career.</b></span><b> More details below and

who are members of groups whose representation in faculty positions is smaller than their representation in the U.S. population. This includes women, racial and ethnic minorities, persons with disabilities, first-generation students, and members of the LGBTQ+
