<div><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;">The MIT Postdoctoral Association (PDA) is pleased to announce the third annual call for Postdoc Initiative Grant proposals.</span><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;">
</span><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;">The grant aims to financially support a range of activities, events, and projects, including but not limited to:</span></div>

<li><span style="text-indent: -0.25in;"><font face="Calibri" size="3">Social gatherings</font></span></li><li><span style="text-indent: -0.25in;"><font face="Calibri" size="3">Recreational activities</font></span></li><li><span style="text-indent: -0.25in;"><font face="Calibri" size="3">Arts and cultural programs</font></span></li><li><span style="text-indent: -0.25in;"><font face="Calibri" size="3">Mental health and stress support groups</font></span></li><li><span style="text-indent: -0.25in;"><font face="Calibri" size="3">Professional development seminars and workshop</font></span></li><li><span style="text-indent: -0.25in;"><font face="Calibri" size="3">Groups to support postdoc women, parents, or minorities </font></span></li></ul>
