<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US" style="color:#231F20">The CSAIL Lunch & Learn (L&L) is an informal lunchtime event planned for a group of about 15-20 Ph.D. students and postdocs who are thinking about a career in industry. It is hosted by CSAIL Alliances
and one of CSAIL’s 60 partner companies inviting a corporate executive, usually senior, to present a short technical talk, explain how research in industry compares to that in academia and give a candid description of their career path.
</span><span style="color:#231F20">The audience is restricted to post-docs and Ph.D. students exclusively and is designed to be cordial, informal and intimate, in order to provoke useful and frank discussion about working in industry.</span><span style="color:black"><o:p></o:p></span></p>

industry, as well as learn from a technical executive who shares career advise, often reflecting from personal experiences.
