<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";color:#1F497D">The time involvement is minimal, compared to the reward of interacting with a group of highly intelligent and skilled women from all walks of the MIT ecosystem.
It’s limited to a couple of hours formal roundtable presence every 2-3 months.; unless of course one wants to champion a topic or become more involved and support others; in which case sky is the limit!<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";color:#1F497D">I found this a unique experience, rewarding me with a strong sense of fulfilment, as I realized the importance of giving the postdoc women and their families
a voice within one of MIT’s oldest and most impactful communities. And to stress MIT’s recognition of the work of this group and its’ members, just this morning I was honored by a letter from President Reif for the contribution as postdoc rep over the last
2 years. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
