Conflicts small and large arise in our lives on almost a
daily basis, and a good number of these require some
discussion for successful resolution. This session starts
with an emphasis on the topic of communication issues in
the work place with an emphasis on communication barriers
between the genders. Hearing and understanding what is
being said to you as well as effectively getting your
message across can make a big difference in productive
resolution of conflict. The second part of this
interactive session will introduce you to some basic
methods for conflict resolution and communication of “bad
news.”
